There is a TV show called Haven, which takes place in Maine. But they film a lot of it in Hubbards, Nova Scotia, because, well, because it looks a lot like an old Maine town! Today they shot some footage at the Shore Club, which is adjacent to campground we are at. Here are some pictures I got just hanging around and watching them for a while ...

ReplyDeleteI have been on several film and TV sets but never one of Stephen King's TV shows. Coolness. The cars are bad to the bone! I love those old Chevy's. What is this, an HBO project or a made for TV thingy? I had not heard of it until I visited this blog. Do tell.

DeleteI think maybe it's on the syfy channel. My friend watches it and she said that Haven is a town that has "troubles." I think it's supernatural without being gory.

ReplyDeleteHi Inger, we've had amazingly beautiful weather, and Nova Scotia is beautiful. We are ready, though, to move on to Quebec - leaving Friday and should arrive Sunday.
